CERES GALLERY, located in the heart of West Chelsea in a premiere gallery space invites individual visual artists, artist collaborations and artist groups to compete for a four week exhibition to be mounted May 24th through June 18th, 2011. The exhibition space will be approximately 1000 sq ft with ceiling height of 10'3” and long, lovely, pristine, white walls. Ceres will also provide the selected artist(s)/group with an extensive eBlast mailing, an opening reception with wine and the services of our director. Selection will be based solely on the merit of proposals submitted by interested parties.

ONLY THE FIRST 100 ARTIST(S) / GROUPS TO APPLY WILL BE CONSIDERED

Deadline May 31st, 2010 or sooner if 100 proposals received prior to deadline date. In either case, notification of winner will not take place until July, 2010. The name of the winning exhibition will be posted on this site at that time.

 

Application fee $100.

Please provide us with:

1.   CD with as many images as possible of work proposed to be exhibited

2.   Image list with number, title, media, size and date for each image

4.   Proposed title for exhibition and a statement supporting and explaining the theme

5.   Resume for each showing artist

6.   Any additional materials to support the proposal

7.   Pre-paid envelope if return of materials requested

8.   Check for $100 made out to Ceres Gallery
